Of je nu chemische mengsels produceert, producten importeert in de EU of distribueert onder een private label, een SDS dat aan de eisen voldoet is wettelijk verplicht en essentieel voor veilig gebruik in de hele toeleveringsketen.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-is-an-safety-data-sheet-msds-sds-and-why-do-you-need-one\">Wat is een veiligheidsinformatieblad (MSDS\/SDS) en waarom heb je er een nodig?<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Een <strong>veiligheidsinformatieblad<\/strong> is een wettelijk verplicht document dat uitgebreide informatie geeft over de eigenschappen van een chemische stof of mengsel. Onder <strong>REACH (EG nr. 1907\/2006)<\/strong> en <strong>CLP (EG nr. 1272\/2008)<\/strong> moeten leveranciers een veiligheidsinformatieblad verstrekken aan downstreamgebruikers voor elk product dat gevaarlijk is of zorgwekkende stoffen bevat. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het niet leveren van een nauwkeurig, volledig SDS kan leiden tot:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Wettelijke boetes<\/strong> of vertragingen bij de douane<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Afgewezen zendingen<\/strong> of verloren zakenpartners<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Risico voor de menselijke gezondheid en het milieu<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-our-sds-creation-service-includes\">Wat onze SDS-aanmaakservice inhoudt<\/h2>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-1-fully-compliant-sds-creation-16-sections\">1. <strong>Volledig SDS maken (16 secties)<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We maken je SDS vanaf nul op basis van je productformulering en\/of bestaande gegevens, inclusief:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Gevarenclassificatie en etiketteringsinformatie (conform CLP)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Samenstelling en ingredi\u00ebnten<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Instructies voor veilig hanteren, opslag en transport<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eerste hulp, brandbestrijding en maatregelen bij het accidenteel vrijkomen van stoffen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verwijzingen naar regelgeving (REACH Bijlage II)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Elk SDS wordt geleverd in overeenstemming met <strong>Bijlage II van REACH<\/strong>, aangepast aan de laatste updates en geharmoniseerde classificaties.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-multilingual-sds-versions\">2. <strong>Meertalige SDS-versies<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wij bieden SDS aan in meerdere offici\u00eble EU-talen, klaar voor grensoverschrijdende distributie.
