Orders and notification
PCN (Poison Centre Notification) is a mandatory requirement under the EU CLP Regulation for hazardous mixtures. If your product contains hazardous substances and is sold in the EU, you must submit a PCN dossier to the relevant authorities.
A UFI (Unique Formula Identifier) is a 16-character alphanumeric code that links your product to the information you submit in the PCN notification. It must appear on your product label.
Simply add the desired service (e.g., PCN Registration, UFI Generation, or Country Tokens) to your cart and proceed to checkout. After payment, you’ll receive access to our intake form to provide your product details.
We will guide you through an intake form asking for:
Product name & category
Product composition (INCI/CAS/EINECS details)
Ingredient documentation (MSDS)
Packaging sizes
Intended use
Countries for market launch
If you’ve purchased country tokens, you can use them directly in the intake form
Our regulatory team will:
Review your product data.
Generate your UFI if requested.
Prepare and submit the PCN dossier to the selected countries.
Send you confirmation, documentation, and submission reports.
